What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure the tags are attached and the soles show no signs of outdoor wear to qualify for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.
Are Rocky Boots covered by a warranty?
Yes, our boots come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with materials and workmanship but does not include normal wear and tear or improper care.
How should I clean and maintain my leather boots?
To extend the life of your boots, wipe away dirt with a damp cloth and apply a high-quality leather conditioner periodically. For waterproof models, we recommend reapplying a silicone-based spray once a year.
Do you offer international shipping?
